Programs vary for those in the unincorporated areas of Shasta County. Offers the following programs:Shasta County Down Payment Assistance Program (DAP)Loans for first-time, low-income, homebuyers. For those in unincorporated areas of Shasta County and City of Shasta Lake. Helps with down payment and closing costs.City of Anderson and City of Shasta Lake - Homeowner Assistance Program Loans for first-time, low-income homebuyers. Helps with down payment and closing costs.Shasta County Owner-occupied Housing Rehabilitation Loans for low-income homeowners. For those in unincorporated areas of Shasta County to help with home repairs.City of Anderson and City of Shasta Lake Housing Rehabilitation Program Loans for low-income homeowners in Anderson and City of Shasta Lake.
