  • Eligibility: -Open to Native Americans who are members of Federally Recognized or California Judgement Roll Tribes, their families and their descendants who reside in the approved on-reservation and off-reservation service areas outlined in CTTP Plan-At least one child of the family must be under the age of 18 (including prenatal)-Must prove tribal membership of the child, or that they are a descendant of a Federally Recognized Native American Tribe or a Descendant of person(s) listed on a California Judgement Roll
