Sessions are available in-person and online.Support Groups include:General Support Group: Meets at DAC's Redding office. Call for dates and times. Paraplegic Support Group: Welcomes individuals with paraplegia. Attendees share about unique challenges and offer strategies on how to overcome them.Social and Activity Groups include:Friday Game Night: All ages welcome. At Redding office, offers activities and games.Refers to the following groups:Book Club (online) North State Therapy Choir (online): Welcomes individuals with Parkinsons.
