• Description: Provides spay and neuter services for any pet caretaker living in Siskiyou County. Offers a voucher or referral to a low-cost spay/neuter clinic. Other services include: Emergency assistance with veterinary care other than spaying or neutering Emergency assistance with fostering and re-homing services Assist people experiencing homelessness with basic care for their pets Temporary safe haven for pets of emergency situations such as: Evacuations, death of their owners, abandoned pets, loss of housing, etc. Low-cost microchips for any pet in Siskiyou County Rehoming program Visits by volunteers to areas with known concentrations of non-neutered or spayed animals. Also offers vouchers for veterinary care, microchipping, and licenses. For those affected by a Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) or Disaster event:May provide emergency shelter for small animals during evacuation.
