Description: Provides mental health or substanceuse crisis services seven days a week, 24 hours, 365 days a year. Designedto provide intervention, de-escalation and relief to people wherever they are,including at home, work, school, or on the street. Open to those with: Suicidal or homicidal feelings or behaviors Substance use crisis Depression or hopelessness Emotional crisis Trauma Mood swings or erratic behavior Delusions or paranoia Auditory or visual hallucinations due to psychotic symptoms.Services may include: Crisis intervention &assessment Referrals for needed services to ongoing mental health and/or substance use treatment Suicide prevention and coping skills Referral to TCHSA Substance Use Recovery Crisis assessment for clients on a 5150 hold Access to psychiatric inpatient care, if needed.
