• Description: Provides short-term shelter for youth ages 18-24. Serves foster children and young adults experiencing, or at risk of experiencing, homelessness. Offers shelter for up to six months with community members that share spaces in their homes. While staying in host homes, guests search in their long-term housing. They are also able to save any income earned toward their future. RFL Host Homes also offers access to rental assistance, and a shared-housing model.Aims to build meaningful connections between youth and caring adults in their community.
