- Description: Provides service for Meals on Wheels clients (ages 60+). Delivers extra meals in the event of a Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS). Provides one more meal per day for each day of the PSPS event. One must apply for Meals on Wheels before a PSPS event. View Meals on Wheels program listing below for information on how to apply.Senior Lunches are available for those who do not qualify for Meals on Wheels. See Senior Lunch Program listing below for information about meal locations.
