Description: Provides holiday program for families with children who are struggling financially in Shasta County. With community members' donations of gifts, sells the gifts at bargain prices to those in need. For example, a $50 gift may cost $3. Instructions for parents on how to sign up for the shopping event:Email livinghoperedding@gmail.com on Monday, November 4th, starting at 8am. Sign up early, as spots are limited. (No requests made before 8am will be accepted.)In the email, the parent MUST: include their name, the name and age of each child, and a phone number. Applications will not be accepted without this information.Parents will be notified by the end of the day on November 22nd about their appointment time on December 12th.Shopping appointments will go from 10am until finished.To donate gifts, drop off unwrapped gifts during regular business hours. With the funds generated, Living Hope Compassion Ministries is able to employ people during the holiday season. They may also be able to hire workers for their store.
