Partnership and Carelon Behavioral Health work with county Mental Health Plans to coordinate care. One's home county's Mental Health Plan covers moderate and severe mental health needs. Local county Mental Health Plans work with these agencies to coordinate care. Anyone with questions can contact Partnership or Carelon Behavioral Health. Partnership or Carelon Behavioral Health can:Arrange for medically necessary mental health care. Provide some mental health care within their scope of practice.Help one find a local mental health provider.
