RBHSD TEEN PARENTING PROGRAM, TEHAMA COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION

Description: Provides support services for pregnant and parenting students. Aims to improve academic achievement and parenting skills. Serves the Red Bluff High School District. Provides referrals and advocacy for: Financial assistance Social services WIC Health care providers. Offers free child care for teen parents in the Red Bluff High School District. Partners with NCCDI (Head Start) for child care services.

Eligibility: -Expectant and/or parenting teens (male and female)-Ages 18 or younger on date of enrollment-Must attend school program within RBUHSD boundary-Support services may continue while student is getting high school diploma or GED
