• Description: Provides FREE fixed route bus services throughout Plumas County.Deviation on fixed route Service: Serves seniors and individuals with disabilities who are unable to get to fixed route bus stops. Deviates 3/4 mile off Fixed Route area for this service. Accepts reservations at least 24-hours in advance of pick-up time.Quincy PM is on demand service. Service is FREE using "Pingo" app. Operating hours 5:15pm to 6:30pm and 7:30pm to 8:45 pm. Must register on Pingo app. All buses are wheelchair accessible.Note: Plumas Transit is not charging any fees until further notice.
