Services at Portola Wellness Center include (but are not limited to): Open Access Intakes - Thursdays, 8:30-11am Behavioral Health Counseling in-person, over the phone, and through telehealth Groups Veteran services Community resources Employment listings Emergency food, clothing, toiletries, and more Applications for Section 8 housing, CalFresh, Medi-Cal, electricity assistance, and more Access to FAX and phone Safe syringe disposal.Portola Wellness Center also serves those in Quincy.
