• Description: Provides screening and case management for children with elevated lead levels. Offers lead screenings free of charge to children under 6. Provides case management interviews if they detect lead. Provides follow-ups with primary physicians.If the State identifies a case, they work with the State to provide environmental testing of the home. Works to identify lead sources. Provides education for parents on ways to decrease exposure. Also helps find ways to keep kids healthy and lead-free.
