• Description: Provides assistance for community members in need. Funds are limited. Services include help with:Gas paid at pumpHeating fuel for disaster survivors via Modoc-Siskiyou VOAD. This includes propane, kerosene, and #2 diesel.Limited utility assistanceDuring a PSPS and/or disaster event, offers: Mobile device charging and data connectionFunctional phonesHeating/cooling centerDrinking water (for humans and animals)For large animals, must bring one's own trough or tank for transportEmotional & spiritual support.Disaster services are conditional on their ability to have volunteers and to get the equipment in.

• Eligibility: -All services available to any member of the community (Siskiyou County), however, priority is given to disaster survivors and those in case management-Juveniles who request assistance WILL be placed in contact with county social services
• Requirements: -Photo ID and/or church records (any church - not limited to the Episcopal Church)-Copy of bill presented for assistance -Those without ID can still be helped, but there are only certain staff members who can assist and there may be a delay
