• Description: Provides support for post-adoptive families. Services include support groups, events, education, and training. Also provides adoption-competent mental health services.Free Community Programs (requires RSVP on website):Tween Group - 1st Wednesday of the month for adopted tweens, ages 8-12. Usually held at The First Church of the Nazarene. Provides snacks and beverages.Teen Event - 3rd Wednesday of the month for adopted teens, ages 13-17. Usually held out in the community. Provides snacks and beverages.Respite Event - Last Saturday of the month for adopted children, ages 4-12. Children need to be potty trained to attend. Held at First Church of the Nazarene. Provides snacks and beverages. Support Groups: In-person for adoptive parents - 1st and 4th Thursdays of the month. Meets in Community Rooms. Provides childcare.Zoom meet-up for adoptive parents - 2nd Thursday of the month. Requires registration on website.
