• Description: Serves people convicted of non-violent crimes. Provides outpatient substance abuse counseling and treatment services. Alcohol and Drug Program staff and Probation Officers work together with participants. Their aim is to help people break the cycle of addiction. Program averages 18 months to two years in length.
