Non-citizens may qualify for food assistance through the California Food Assistance Program (CFAP) under CalFresh.CalFresh is also available for college students who meet their qualifications. Find information online at: www.getcalfresh.org/students.Provides benefits on an electronic benefit transfer card (EBT card). Most grocery stores and farmer's markets accept this card. To replace a lost EBT card or to find a location that accepts EBT, call EBT Customer Service.
