• Description: Assists pregnant women/teens, and mothers of children under the age of two. Serves those who are feeling anxious and/or depressed. Provides the following services:Connections to appropriate treatment resourcesTools to strengthen the bond between mother and infant.Also provides Mother-to-Mother Peer Group for this same population. Offers a safe and supportive space for mothers who are experiencing anxiety and depression.Call to sign upEach cohort lasts seven weeks, Tuesdays 10-11:30amMeets at the Shasta Family YMCA, 1155 Court Street, in Redding. Group meets upstairs in the Family Room. The Y is also providing childcare for older siblings if they need childcare. Babies are encouraged to join in the group.
