- Description: Provides case management services for adults without children who are currently homeless. Provides assistance through the Coordinated Entry System, CES. (In Shasta County, this is called the Homeless Management Information System, HMIS.) Services include:Help with housing placement and barriers to housingHelp with resources for basic needs, personal needs, education, health care, and moreHelp with communication to landlordsFollow-up case management services for 6-12 months.
