• Description: Serves students ages 18-24 who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Must be enrolled in and attending California Youth Build Academy or Shasta College. Services include:Transitional shared housing programEnhanced Case Management and other support servicesReferrals to other services that support success in school and life.Also, provides an entry point for the Coordinated Entry System (CES). Links youth clients to a variety of housing assistance services. These can include rapid re-housing and permanent supportive housing.Supportive services include:Case managementLimited financial assistance.
