• Eligibility: Individuals may qualify for services if they meet all or most of the following criteria: -History of justice involvement-Ongoing behavioral health and/or SUD needs-Current or past misdemeanor charges-Identified risk of reoffendingIndividuals might not qualify if they have:-290 registry offenses-Active felony charges (these are reviewed on a case-by-case basis)-Any past or current violent convictions (these are reviewed on a case-by-case basis)The Probation Department makes the final determination of eligibility
