• Description: Actors Fund offers a Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program (VITA) program, which provides free income tax preparation to low- and moderate-income individuals and families. In 2019 The Actors Fund will also be providing education and information about the new tax reform laws and how these new laws will affect entertainment industry professionals. Candidates will receive a VITA worksheet packet which must be completed in order to see a tax preparer, and in-person appointments are mandatory. Walk-ins will be seen, but only if possible, and on a first-come, first-served basis on each day of operation.
