  • Description: LA Care Health Plan offers free CPR and first aid classes. The class teaches basic steps for CPR and first aid on adults, children, and infants, and guides participants through the steps to take during a life-threatening emergency. Participants who complete the class receive a two-year CPR/First Aid certification card. The class is offered in English and Spanish. These classes are on a first come first served basis and it's recommended to arrive an hour early to register for the class. Call the nearest location for time, dates, and special instructions.
