Description: Valley Presbyterian Hospital offers rides for eligible patients from their home to the hospital and back. Requests need to be made 24 hours in advance, or 4 hours if immediate services are needed. Transportation is not available for children under the age of one.
Eligibility: Requests must be made 24 hours in advance of service. Immediate requests may be made within 4 hours. Monday requests must be made on the Friday before service. Passengers must provide and install child safety seating adherent to California State law.
