  • Description: This program increase knowledge regarding HIV transmission, as well as skills to promote the practice and retention of risk reduction behaviors. This particular program consists of five consecutive weekly group sessions in order to reduce stress about disclosure and loneliness related to being HIV positive diagnosed. In addition of weekly support groups to promote wellness and reduce isolation for the individuals living with HIV/AIDS.
