Description: St. John's provides primary medical care services via mobile clinics. The program includes primary medical care and testing, dental care, mental health care, and support services and case management. All patients who are homeless or who are experiences housing insecurity may be referred to the Homeless Services Program.
Eligibility: St. John's accepts Medi-Cal, Medicare and many other insurance plans. There are benefits counselors at all of the health centers to help patients determine their eligibility for insurance programs.
