Description: St. John’s medical-legal partnership with Neighborhood Legal Services enhances the system of care by connecting patients to free legal services for issues that affect the patient's health. This partnership makes it possible for patients to receive legal advocacy and assistance for the following issues: tenant rights, discrimination, immigrant rights, and public benefits.
Eligibility: St. John's accepts Medi-Cal, Medicare and many other insurance plans. There are benefits counselors at all of the health centers to help patients determine their eligibility for insurance programs.
