• Description: The Veterans Transition Program (VTP) through SRO Housing offers a temporary safe sober-living environment for at-risk and homeless Veterans. In addition to housing, supportive services include medical/dental treatment, eye exams and glasses, substance abuse, addiction, and mental health treatment, case management, and life-skills training.
