Description: Youth Moving On offers two types of housing for youth in safe, goal-directed communities. The transitional housing program helps residents learn living skills from a multidisciplinary on-site team. Participants in both programs have access to scholarships, on-site tutoring, workforce development, substance abuse counseling, mentors, financial literacy training, therapeutic service, gym membership, and more.
