Description: Provides cash assistance to individuals with refugee, asylee, or trafficking victim status who have been determined to be ineligible for California Work Opportunity and Responsibility to Kids (CalWORKs) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI/SSP), and who have resided in the United States for no longer than 8 months from the date of entry.
