• Description: Provides a 10-week diabetes education class in Spanish to individuals who are diagnosed with pre-diabetes or Type 2 diabetes, have a family history of diabetes, or other risk factors. Participants learn to measure glucose levels, read food labels, how to eat healthy, exercise, and monitor eye and foot health. Class is offered virtually and in-person.
