A HUD Certified Counselor will cover a number of required topics including eligibility, loan amounts and loan limits, and future repayments. Note: If your lender has asked you to complete HECM Counseling as a condition of your loan, we provide this line of service offered by our HUD Certified HECM Counseling Team for free to California residents.
