Description: Provides a partial site-based day program that offers services to assist individuals to transition to competitive integrated employment including job development, job placement, and paid internship options. The program has recently expanded to include the development of life skills, such as money management, community outings, and other leisure activities to provide a full experience for the participants. Also, participants are able to manage much of their own time, so the staff to participant ratio for this program is 1:6.
