GRANTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS, VOLUNTEERS OF AMERICA LOS ANGELES

Description: Provides case management and wrap around services to individuals with substance use disorders who are without housing. The program may offer short-term emergency hotel room for stabilization, when available. Assists with increasing access to substance use treatment and counseling by helping with obtaining: Documents Transportation Employment and other goals set in the participant's Individual Service Plan
