COORDINATED ENTRY SYSTEM ACCESS POINT - FAMILY, SERVING PEOPLE IN NEED

Description: Provides access to permanent housing through the Coordinated Entry System for families who are literally homeless. Prevention and Diversion resources are offered to families at risk of homelessness. Families must have physical and legal custody of at least one child under the age of 18 years.
