Description: Provides a new, affordable, apartment community that is currently under construction and is now accepting people, who would like to join their interest list. The apartment community includes 418 studios, one and two-bedroom apartments. All of the affordable housing units will be for older adults, 62 years and older. Local Preference will be given to applicants who are residents of Santa Ana and/or work at least 32 hours per week for at least the last 6 months in Santa Ana.
Hours: Office Hours: 8:00 am-5:00 pm Monday-Friday; Website application: 24 hours, 7 days a week
