  • Description: Provides a 85-bed temporary shelter for single adults with strong ties to Costa Mesa and Newport Beach. Individuals receive job training and placement services, mental health assessments, substance use treatment, and help to get housing. Walk-ups to the Shelter are NOT allowed. Individuals are NOT guaranteed to be admitted into the Shelter. Costa Mesa residents must call the General Line. Newport Beach residents must go through Newport Beach Outreach.
