  • Eligibility: - OUT-OF-SCHOOL YOUTH: 16-24 years, Must be not attending any school and have dropped out of school, Must be school age but haven't attended school for at least the most recent complete school year's calendar quarter, Must have a secondary school diploma or equivalent, Have low-income and need basic skills development or English language learning, Have been involved with the criminal justice system, Experiencing homelessness or have run away from home, Are in foster care or have aged out or left foster care, Pregnant or parenting, Have low-income and require additional help to complete an education program or find employment; IN-SCHOOL YOUNG ADULT: 14-21 years, Must be attending school (including secondary and postsecondary school), Have low-income and need basic skills development or English language learning, Have been involved with the criminal justice system, Experiencing homelessness or have run away from home, Are in foster care or have aged out or left foster care, Pregnant or parenting, Have low-income and require additional help to complete an education program or find employment
