Description: Provides no-interest loans of up to $25,000 to owners of qualifying single-family homes and condominiums built in or before 1975. Loans are available for home upgrades like roof repair, home battery storage systems, solar photovoltaic systems, and more. One Irvine also offers Green Home Grants up to $1,500 and permit fee waivers for associated work. Funding is limited and applications are accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis until funding is exhausted.
Eligibility: - 18 years and older, One Irvine Home Improvement Loan: Must be an owner of a record of a single-family home or condominium in the City of Irvine, Single-family home or condominium must be built in or before 1975; Green Home Grant: Property must be a single-family home, Applicant must be the owner of a record or the owner's legally-appointedrepresentative, Property must be located in the City of Irvine in the North El Camino Neighborhood (which consists of the Greentree tract, The Willows and El Camino Glen)
