Description: Provides a shared-ride, curb-to-curb paratransit service provided by the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA). It serves individuals who, due to functional limitations caused by a disability, are unable to independently use the regular OC Bus fixed-route system. Operating within a mile radius of fixed-route services in Orane County, OC ACCESS offers transportation during the same days and hours as the OC Bus. Eligible riders may also utilize subscription services for regular travel needs and the Same-Day Taxi service for more immediate transportation requirements. Reservations for transportation can be scheduled one (1) to three (3) days in advance of the day of travel. Personal care attendants accompanying eligible riders can travel at no additional cost.
