MATERNAL MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAM, PROVIDENCE ST. JOSEPH HOSPITAL

Description: Offers in-person therapy for pregnant women or postpartum women experiencing signs or symptoms of perinatal anxiety, depression, feelings of inadequacy, or frustration. Fathers and partners are welcome to come for the first appointment to learn how to support new mothers. Clients do not need to be patients. Services are offered for up to one year. Spanish is available mainly on Friday and Saturday.
