• Description: Offers transitional emergency housing and wrap-around services to homeless individuals in Orange County's Central Service Planning Area. Dorms are shared between men, women, and couples without children. Services include: 3 meals provided dailyLaundry facilitiesCase management and housing navigationMental health and stabilization services/resourcesSubstance use counseling and stabilization services/resourcesOutpatient health servicesEducation services and life skills developmentEmployment assistance and job trainingOn-site transportation/shuttle services (to and from CCNC)Coordinated Entry System and Homeless Management Information System participation and documentationNote: No walk-on or offs. No weapons, drugs, or paraphernalia allowed on site or any unlawful activity. Clients can only bring two bags of personal belongings per client. Depending on capacity and review, one support animal is allowed on intake per client.
