• Eligibility: - Individual must live in a Kaiser Permanente service area that is open to new enrollment, 19 years and younger: Total household income between 266% and 300% of the federal poverty level, 19 years and older: Total household income over 138% of the federal poverty level, Individuals with a household income is no more than 3 times the federal poverty level (for example, up to $45,180 for a single person or $93,600 for a family of 4 in 2024), Individuals that don't have access to any other health coverage (including Medi-Cal, Medicare, a job-based health plan, or coverage through Covered California)
