• Description: Provides 10 in-person prenatal sessions and 10 in-person postpartum sessions, life coaching and case management, support from public health nurses and mental health professionals, classes in breastfeeding and nutrition, and birthing information and connections to care to women who identify as Black or African-American and are pregnant or have an infant 6 months or younger.Note: Child care is available for participants; support provided in group settings and one to one, as desired.
