Eligibility: - 18 years and older- California resident (community members with AB60 and ITIN qualify)- Apply before purchasing or leasing a vehicle- Have a household income of less than or equal to 300% of the Federal Poverty Level- Not have participated in any CARB light-duty vehicle purchase incentive program
Requirements: Call for detailed information; Proof of residence within the coverage area listed; Previous Year Tax Return Transcript, 2 of the most recent paystubs, Awards letter, California Driver's License, 2 of the most current months of bank statements; if scrapping a car, need current vehicle registration and title and provide income verification
