CARP SHELTER PROGRAM, THE ELI HOME

Description: Provides help to end the cycle of child abuse and family violence. We offer interim housing to homeless victims of child abuse and children of addicts along with their mothers. Our program serves single mothers with children age 12 and under coming from abuse, domestic violence and addiction.
