• Description: Provides tailored support services such as academic advising, tutoring, financial aid assistance, and mentorship, help formerly incarcerated students navigate the challenges of higher education. Project Rebound not only focuses on academic achievement but also promotes holistic well-being, encouraging participants to engage in campus life and build positive relationships. Also includes:Dare 2 Dream: providing consistent mentorship, a structured curriculum, and a pathway to higher education to support justice-impacted and system-impacted youth ages 15-25 years old through education.Rebound Academy: serves as the community-based component of Dare 2 Dream, focused on supporting system-impacted and formerly incarcerated youth in high schools and post-release setting.John Irwin Memorial House: the first transformative housing community for formerly incarcerated California State University, Fullerton students that provides holistic healing, life-affirming reentry housing and wraparound support services to improve academic, psychosocial, and employment outcomes.Center of Hope Redemption: located in the CSUF Pollak Library, serves as a transformative space for reflection and resources. Features justice-centered literature, quiet study areas, and empowering programming that uplifts education, resilience, and second chances.NOTE: A women's housing unit, following the same model as the John Irwin Memorial House, is currently under construction and is scheduled for completion by the end of the year.
