YOU ARE NOT ALONE (YANA), EL DORADO COUNTY HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES AGENCY (HHSA)- COMMUNITY SERVICES DIVISION

Description: Provides free daily check-in calls to participants. Offers daily calls before 10am. Provides information and support. Connects participants with services to help remain independent in their homes. Contacts local law enforcement if attempts to reach participants are unsuccessful.

Note: If there is no answer after 3 attempts, family, friends and/or neighbors are asked to check on them.
