- Coordinate doctor's appointments, second opinions, specialists
- Attend and report back on appointments and progress
- Assist with finding placement options, home health services and more
- Find clinical trials
- Resolve billing issues
- Assist with surgery preparation and after care
- Provide hospital bedside monitoring and advocacy
- Locate resources to help with chronic diseases
- Coordinate transportation to and from doctor's appointments
- Provide emergency advocacy services
