• Description: Grants the wishes of children diagnosed with a critical illness. Children must be between the ages of 2 1/2 years old and less than 18 years old. A child can be referred by a parent or legal guardian, a family member with detailed knowledge of the child's current medical condition, a medical professional who treats the child, or the child themselves. Eligibility is verified by the child's physician; age requirement is at the time of referral.
